Commercial IT Services is a UK-based managed service provider delivering infrastructure, security and modern workplace solutions to education, charity and commercial clients.

Coordinated Solutions was engaged to provide flexible project leadership support across multiple concurrent client engagements. The requirement arose during a period of increased delivery demand, where structured project oversight was needed without increasing permanent headcount.

  • As client demand increased, Commercial required experienced project management capacity to ensure delivery remained consistent, controlled and aligned to their internal standards.

    Multiple projects were running in parallel, including modern workplace deployments, infrastructure builds and security implementations. Each required coordination between Commercial’s technical teams and the end customer, with clear communication, structured reporting and disciplined risk management.

    The challenge was not technical capability. It was maintaining delivery clarity, customer confidence and governance consistency while scaling activity.

    • Managing risks and scope changes through defined change control processes

    • Supporting on-site and remote coordination as required

    Importantly, we did not execute technical tasks. Our role was to bring clarity, structure and oversight, enabling Commercial’s technical specialists to focus on delivery.

    By embedding disciplined governance without adding unnecessary bureaucracy, we strengthened delivery confidence during periods of increased demand.
