NetApp is a global data infrastructure and hybrid cloud technology company supporting enterprise customers worldwide. As part of a major business transformation programme, the organisation migrated its core ERP platform to modernise finance and operational processes.

Coordinated Solutions was engaged to provide senior project leadership during the cutover and business transition phase of the programme.

  • Enterprise ERP migrations require tight coordination across business process owners, technical delivery teams, data migration activities and integrated systems.

    The transition into production compressed extensive planning into an intense execution window where sequencing, ownership and escalation discipline were critical.
