We’ve Been Named Best Project Management Consultancy 2025
This one feels a bit surreal to write.
Coordinated Solutions hasn’t been around that long, so to already be recognised as Best Project Management Consultancy 2025 is a big moment for me. Not in a loud, celebratory way… more in a “blimey, that’s actually happened” way.
What makes it meaningful is that the award reflects the work we’ve actually done this year.
Work that’s taken me from schools trying to translate strategy into something that people can actually deliver, to trusts working through large IT and estates challenges, to the team at NSAN where we ran The Delivery Reset and capability training to help them build a clearer, healthier delivery environment .
It’s been a year of sitting in rooms with people who were stretched, people who wanted clarity, people who were delivering projects around their day jobs, and people who simply needed someone to help them untangle stuff they hadn’t had time to step back and look at.
And for a small consultancy that started with just an idea about doing project delivery in a more human, relatable way… being recognised for that feels like a real milestone.
I’m proud of what we’ve done, but more than anything I’m thankful for the people who trusted us so early on.
Clients who were open about what wasn’t working.
Teams who let us into their world for workshops, interviews, or planning sessions.
Leaders who were willing to try a different, less rigid approach to delivery.
The work across the year hasn’t been glamorous. It’s been practical. Honest. Often messy.
But that’s project delivery in the real world.
If anything, this award just reinforces something I’ve believed for a long time: good delivery isn’t about throwing more process at people. It’s about understanding what’s actually going on underneath the surface and helping organisations move forward without the noise.
For a young consultancy, this recognition means a lot.
It tells me we’re on the right track.
And it gives me a bit of fire in the belly for what comes next.
